Benfica revealed in the official financial report that Brazilian striker Carlos Vinicius will leave the team on loan to join Tottenham.
Benfica revealed that Vinicius’ lease fee was 3 million euros, and his lease contract included a 45 million euro buyout clause.
The current final step is that Vinicius needs to negotiate personal terms with Tottenham. Many media have previously claimed that he will fly to London on Friday local time for a medical examination.
Vinicius, 25, joined Benfica from Naples last summer. He performed very well last season.
Vinicius played 47 times in all competitions last season, scored 24 goals and sent 13 assists.
Among them, Vinicius played 32 times in the Portuguese Super League, scoring 18 goals and 8 assists. In addition, he scored 5 goals and 1 goal in the domestic cup and the Champions League respectively.
